For items imported from China using Economy Shipping:
Sometimes there are delays in updates to the tracking information on shipments from China using economy/FREE Shipping. This causes the tracking to display “unavailable” or to appear “stuck”. This is especially true for items being shipped outside of the US. Although this can be frustrating for customers and for ourselves as well, it is entirely normal. Rest assured that you will receive your package.
For Canadian customers: For items shipped from China with Economy Shipping, packages are delivered and tracked through Canada Post once the parcel makes its way into Canada. Recently, we are experiencing unusually lengthy delays for packages to clear Customs and be delivered by Canada Post. Often, once the package enters Canada, the ability to track the package temporarily stops as the item is awaiting clearance through Customs. Please understand that unfortunately
